Small Fix Update

I noticed in my copy of Miyagi's Shell that there were numerous grammatical/spelling mistakes. (the evidence of me working on this game at 5 am one too many nights). I took sometime and fixed them. I read over the script twice so I believe I got everything. If something slipped through he cracks, let me know. Also, I noticed to my dismay, the secret ending wasn't unlockable in the previous files so I fixed that too. The game should be easier to read and those who manage to unlock the extended ending, will see it! 

Lastly, the game is now available in windows 64-bit as well as 32-bit and Mac.
